Hi Bob,

Not sure if we will be seeing you for awhile so we wanted to leave you this note to express how very much we appreciate all of your efforts and expertise in remodeling our kitchen, and the house expansion project. You are truly gifted and blessed with many talents and we are very grateful that you took on our challenges!! We love the kitchen, the cabinetry, the floors, the extension, all of it!! We hope you will be able to come back soon!!

You and Brandon feel like part of the family and having you here nearly every day for the past few months has has been a blessing in many ways. Your ideas and efforts on our behalf have made our home a much nicer, more comfortable place to be.

Dear Bob,

I am sorry it took so long for me to get this to you.

There were two other people that said they would do my bathroom, but 
they never followed up when they saw what I wanted done in my two 
bathrooms.  The master bedroom was going to need special tile work.  I 
wanted to make sure the bathroom would last many years and so I bought 
expensive bathroom fixtures and equipment for my bathrooms.  I was 
referred to Bob from one of my friends and as soon as I called him he 
came to our home right away.   He saw it was going to take time and 
and an experienced person to get the job done.  There were certain 
things I wanted done and he assured me he could do it.  If something 
had to be done a certain way and not my way, he gave other options on 
how I could do it.  He went with me to look for some the equipment and 
we were always aware of any changes.  Today we have two very unique 
and beautiful bathrooms and each of us in the home enjoy the bathroom 
showers and the jacuzzi every time we use it.  Thank you Bob!

     Wish I had made it back to my house yesterday to thank all of you in person.  I appreciate all of your hard work.  My friends will tell you I don't give a lot of compliments- so every day when I came home and said it (master bathroom) looks great- I REALLY mean it!!!!
